- Identify missing critical material information
- Work with clients to recognize key structural members
- Coordinate with testing agencies to perform coupon testing
- Develop material models based on test data
- Joint Testing (Welded/Riveted/Bolted)
- Identify critical joints and coordinate component level testing
- Recommend hardware based on FE simulations and InDepth proprietary fastener validation tool™
- Test-to-FE Correlation
- Work with testing agencies to understand standard test procedures
- Replicate and correlate test procedures in FE environment to accurately predict performance
- Use correlated FE models for further product development while minimizing the need for further prototyping and testing
